Judicial Philosophy
Natalya approaches the law with a clear and consistent philosophy: judges must apply the law as written fairly, impartially, and without bias.
Her work on the bench reflects a commitment to:
• Textual fidelity; interpreting statutes based on their plain meaning
• Equal access to justice; ensuring every litigant is heard and treated with respect
• Judicial restraint; deciding cases based on law, not personal preference
• Clarity in decision-making; explaining rulings so parties understand the outcome
Her experience has reinforced the importance of balancing compassion with adherence to legal standards, particularly in emotionally charged family law cases.
